1st consultation involves taking a complete medical history so that the treatment can be tailored to your needs. Also to find out if there are any contra-actions that need to be taken into account. Treatments cannot be given to clients, who have recently in last couple of months had surgery, recently been diagnosed with diabetes or epilepsy (if had for awhile and under control then treatment can be given), first 12 weeks of pregnancy, deep vein thrombosis and any cancers that are undergoing treatment. Doctors consent maybe needed in certain circumstances, but you will be asked basic questions when making your appointment so that it can be established if it is needed. |
